First make a hallow block 10 x 10 x 10 big. Make the floor out of magma blocks. Simple as that, just get 32 blocks out of the big block you made so the mobs will spawn and put lights in to stop mobs from spawning when you get your loot/xp. Also crouch when you collect your loot/xp because you won't take damage.
