You first need a nuke top and a nuke bottom. Place the nuke top and the nuke bottom next to each other. Make sure the top and bottom join up. Now use your pliers and click the nuke front. Now click the nuke and put nucular rods in the green. You will also need a time bomb and a chip. Now to make to blow up put a fuse in it. By default it will take 25 seconds to blow up but by using the command /rrconfig nuketime (seconds) you can change it. Also the more rods you put in the bigger the boom. Now wath your target turn into nothing but a giant hole!
